About Christine
From my earliest days, I’ve loved the power of story to transform and transport us. I could be a kid in Idaho but through the pages of a book, I could travel the world. That passion for the power of language has stayed with me. I love writing, and I love helping other writers find their story. I believe in the democracy of writing stories—creativity belongs to all of us.
What sets me apart as an editor from big companies—and AI—is the intellectual and emotional connection I forge with each project.
Also, as a writer, I respect authors’ ownership of their words. I know what it feels like to receive feedback on writing. (It’s not always easy!) Yet honest feedback is crucial to your writing success. It must be clear, but it also must be supportive. I am the editor who knows how to provide the kind of feedback to move you forward in your writing goals.
